Job Description :
Responsibility for manpower analysis and planning with the department as well as being a consultant to the department for the jobs to achieve the company’s goals and policies. Also, undertake the recruitment and selection, employment process and worker employment contract documents, including the contractions for production of goods to order as well as annual employee evaluation job.
Responsibility for taking action about employee relations and employee relations activities, internal communication of the company to employees (Internal Communication) and requests for welfare benefits according to the company's announced policy as well as jobs related to various laws and regulations
Responsibility for coordinating the work of wage management and various benefits so that employees receive salaries according to salary cycle and correctly.
Special project jobs and other tasks assigned
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or others related
At least 2 years of working experience in recruiting and selecting personnel / human resource management
Have knowledge of human resource management, knowledge of employee relations, knowledge of labor legislation.
Proficiency in interpersonal relations and communication. Be able to work under pressure and time constraints, job problem- solving, creativity.
Working experience in HR System SAP, Humanica or other systems
Supervise subordinates to procure new and current raw materials according to Spec. of R&D or departments that request services. These new raw materials must be quality tested by the R&D department or the service-requesting departments, are products with food safety quality system management ready to support the production line’s manufacture and keep up with the sales of S&P Restaurant branches nationwide.
Manage to solve raw material quality problems together with subordinates and quality department or service-requesting departments so as to enable the vendors to deliver quality products according to specified standards, keep up with the production line’s manufacture and procure new raw materials to replace or reserve for the old raw materials of not good quality.
Supervise subordinates, select the vendors to obtain the competent suppliers for supporting sustainable business growth in the future and assess the monthly Service Level Supplier.
Procure goods by bidding, negotiating for the prices of vegetables, meat, Seafood raw materials by E-Auction, raw materials with large trading volumes per year, seasonal raw materials and prepare the contracts to reserve the trading volumes, propose, request approval of supervisors to purchase. Summarize monthly Net Saving report, Spending Analysis and weekly Status Sourcing Food report.
Proceed to create new product information to request approval of supervisors. Bring information into Info Record SAP system to keep up with the issuing of purchase orders correctly.
Bachelor's degree in Administration or other related fields
At least 3-year experience in purchase, procurement of raw materials for food and bakery
Have knowledge and skills in managing the cost of purchasing products of the procurement team according to KPI set by the company.
Have basic knowledge of SAP system in Procurement Module.
Have skills in negotiating trade and selecting the vendors. Be able to resolve and decide procurement problems to keep up with production and sales.
